Eligibility for Refund & Exchange
We only offer refunds or exchanges under the following condition:
- The item received is faulty, damaged, or defective
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect order placed by the customer
- Minor differences in product appearance
Mandatory Proof (Opening Video Required)
To claim a refund or exchange, you must provide:
- A complete unboxing/opening video
- The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The opening process
- The product condition inside
⚠️ Important:
Without a proper opening video, no claim will be accepted under any circumstances.
Claim Process
If you receive a faulty item:
- Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Share your order number
- Provide the opening video proof
- Our team will review and verify the issue
Resolution
Once your claim is approved, we will offer:

Additional Notes
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging
- Claims submitted after the given timeframe may not be accepted
