Eligibility for Refund & Exchange

We only offer refunds or exchanges under the following condition:

  • The item received is faulty, damaged, or defective

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect order placed by the customer
  • Minor differences in product appearance

Mandatory Proof (Opening Video Required)

To claim a refund or exchange, you must provide:

  • A complete unboxing/opening video
  • The video must clearly show:
    • The sealed package before opening
    • The opening process
    • The product condition inside

⚠️ Important:
Without a proper opening video, no claim will be accepted under any circumstances.

Claim Process

If you receive a faulty item:

  1. Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
  2. Share your order number
  3. Provide the opening video proof
  4. Our team will review and verify the issue

Resolution

Once your claim is approved, we will offer:

  • Replacement of the product, OR
  • Refund, depending on product availability

Additional Notes

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging
  • Claims submitted after the given timeframe may not be accepted
  • Tools Gard reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet the policy requirements
